Reverend has teamed up David Bowie/Tin Machine/solo guitar legend Reeves Gabrels for a new signature guitar. The guitar covers Reeve’s requirements for a versatile solidbody that can cover everthing from high gain shred to avante garde to heavy blues.
Clarity with Power! That’s what Reeves wanted and that’s what he got. We yanked the cover off the Reverend bridge humbucker for increased out put and treble response. Then we drpped a Dimarzio Fast Track 1 pickupin the neck position, which offers single-coil like definition but with more mids and no hum. And tone control is a push-pull phase switch for really pushing the tonal boundries.
